Instructional Leadership Program Application Form
Principals, vice-principals, high school department heads (as defined by the Teachers’ Provincial Agreement), regional consultants and coordinators, and regional coaches/mentors are invited to apply for acceptance into the next cohort of the Instructional Leadership Academy program, beginning in September. Please note: All applicants must be able to commit to two hours, on average, of practicum experiences between classes in each course. Practicum experiences vary, but often involve classroom visits and conversations with teachers.
Applications close April 30.
Applications received after the closing date will be accepted if space is available in the cohort.
Please note: Recognizing that the application form has several areas requiring detailed written responses, applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the questions offline, prior to completing and submitting the online application. This will prevent the possibility of losing your work should an Internet connection fail or website timeout occur. Answers can be copied and pasted from a Word document into the appropriate online form fields. Click here to download a working copy of the application form. All form fields are required to be completed prior to submission of your application.
Confidentiality: The information you provide will be kept confidential. However, some of the information may be analyzed to determine demographic trends.
