Coaching for Quality Instruction
The instructional coaching module is designed to close the knowing-doing gap of instructional coaching. Participants will engage in real time classroom observations and instructional coaching sessions. This is a module designed for all levels of instructional leadership.
Participants will:
- identify impactful teaching moves and understand the relationship these moves have on student well-being and achievement;
- engage in real time authentic instructional coaching sessions with teachers based on their classroom observations;
- and grow their skills in delivering impactful feedback to enhance teacher practice and increase student well-being and achievement.
