Sharon is Coordinator of Professional Learning for ELCNS. She has been involved in both the Programs Committee and Board of Directors for ELCNS since 2015 and has been the project lead for professional learning for the ELCNS Leadership Success Plan since 2020. Sharon has held a number of roles throughout her career in education, including teacher, Coordinator of Student Services, Vice Principal, Coordinator of Human Resources and Policy and Director of Programs and Student Services, and was the Project Lead for the development of the Nova Scotia Teaching Standards and standards for Educational Leaders.
