Stephanie is excited to be working with the Educational Leadership Consortium of Nova Scotia as the Executive Director. She sees this as an opportunity to build relationships and to work collaboratively with the partnering organizations.

Sue Taylor-Foley is the Director of the Instructional Leadership Academy. Sue began this role in August 2021. She has held a variety of teaching and administrative positions within the education systems in Nova Scotia, Ontario and the United States.

Gordon Walters is the coordinator of the Aspiring Leaders Program and is excited about the leadership opportunities available to aspiring leaders during these dynamic, changing times in education.

Paula Evans is the Coordinator of Professional Learning for the Educational Leadership Consortium of Nova Scotia (ELCNS), a role she began in October 2024. In this position, she collaborates with educators across the province to foster meaningful partnerships and support professional growth.

Scott joined the Educational Leadership Consortium (ELCNS) in the spring of 2021 as Lead of Strategic Planning, Organization and Governance. In this role, he has led several significant initiatives to help solidify ELCNS as the premier educational leadership professional learning organization in Nova Scotia.

Nevin Jackson is a life-long resident of Truro and grew up in the historic Black neighborhood in the west end of town known as the "Island". He and his wife Lisa recently celebrated their thirty-first anniversary and are proud parents of three adults Spenser, Patrick, and Alex.

Michelle Marshall-Johnson is from the Bear Clan of the Mi’kmaw Nation. She is married to Philip Johnson and together they live in Eskasoni First Nation, in Unama’ki-Cape Breton, Nova Scotia; they have five children and five grandchildren. Michelle has the love of family, community and the environment and especially the preservation, promotion, and revitalization of Mi’kmaw traditional Knowledge.

Maria MacNeil has been the part time bookkeeper for the Educational Leadership Consortium of Nova Scotia (ELCNS, formerly NSELC) since 2003. She has worked closely with the Executive Directors and the Administrative Assistants over the years. She handles the day-to-day bookkeeping needs as well as dealing with the accounting firm at year end.

Faye is the current part time Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of ELCNS.
She is a retired provincial government employee of over 37 years. She started her career with the Department of Highways, then on to the Department of Agriculture and retired with the Department of Natural Resources as a Financial Services Officer. She has worked with the non-profit sector groups for many years.
