Sue Taylor-Foley is the Coordinator of the Instructional Leadership Academy. Sue began this role in August 2021. She has held a variety of teaching and administrative positions within the education systems in Nova Scotia, Ontario and the United States.

Terry is an Instructional Leadership Academy consultant, Instructional Coaching Coordinator and an instructor. His involvement with the Educational Leadership Consortium of Nova Scotia began in 1995 as a writer, facilitator for ELCNS modules, workshops, Aspiring Leadership Program seminars and as the Executive Director (2014-2019).
Wanda Fougere is the coordinator of the Aspiring Leaders Program. She has been a member of the ELCNS Program Committee for 4 years and the ALP contact person for the Strait Regional Centre for Education for the last two years. She has participated in a number of NSELC/ELCNS modules over her teaching career.
Sharon is Coordinator of Professional Learning for ELCNS. She has been involved in both the Programs Committee and Board of Directors for ELCNS since 2015 and has been the project lead for professional learning for the ELCNS Leadership Success Plan since 2020. Sharon has held a number of roles throughout her career in education, including teacher, Coordinator of Student Services, Vice Principal, Coordinator of Human Resources and Policy and Director of Programs and Student Services, and was the Project Lead for the development of the Nova Scotia Teaching Standards and standards for Educational Leaders.

Karen is the administrative assistant for the ELCNS and has held the position for the last 22 years.
As a child she lived in Singapore and Iran as her father worked for the British government.
Forty six years ago Karen attended Cambridge University before emigrating to Canada and marrying a sailor. She has four adult children
